BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, AND/OR USING THIS SITE OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES, FUNCTIONS, MATERIALS, OR CONTENTS (INCLUDING TO TRANSMIT, CACHE, OR STORE INFORMATION), YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO EACH AND ALL THE TERMS, WITHOUT MODIFICATION. CERTAIN TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER CLAUSE, MAY RESTRICT YOUR RIGHTS TO BRING A CLAIM IN A COURT OF LAW.

AGREEMENT FOR USE.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms and to use this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage by minors of this Site under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Site is true and accurate and without any false, fraudulent, or misleading information. You agree that the reservations facilities of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Site may result in your being denied access to such facilities.
For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site. By using this Site you agree to be bound to the owner of the Ho-tel and to abide by the booking terms and conditions.
LIMITED LICENSE TO VIEW AND COPY.
The Materials are the property of the Hotel or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as applicable. The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of Hotel information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited. This Site is to be used by Authorized Users for personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited. If you are currently an Authorized User, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view and copy the Materials solely for your personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
You agree not to: (a) copy, display, modify, reproduce, or otherwise transfer any of the Materials to any third party without the prior written permission of the Hotel; (b) interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Site; (c) use or attempt to use any device, software or routine which interferes with the proper functioning of the Site or any transactions being offered through the Site; (d) transmit files, data or other materials containing a computer virus, corrupted data, worms, “Trojan horses” or other instructions or design that would erase data or programming or cause the Site or any equipment or system to become inoperable or incapable of being used in the full manner for which it was designed; (e) deliver any communication to or through the Site which violates any lo-cal, state, federal or international law; (f) deliver any communication to or through the Site that contains defamatory, libelous, abusive or obscene material; or (g) deliver any communication to or through the Site that will infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Without limitation of the foregoing, the Hotel shall be entitled to unrestricted use of any suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or feedback related to the Services for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or to any other person or entity.

These Terms and Conditions only relate to your use of the Services and do not relate to any other website or Internet-based services, including websites to which the Services may link (“Third-Party Sites”). We are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services, information, or other materials on or available on Third-Party Sites. We also are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, advertising, products, services, information, or other materials on Third-Party Sites. We have no control over Third-Party Sites, their content, or their terms of use, and therefore we encourage you to review such content and terms of use prior to utilizing any Third-Party Sites or submitting any personal information to them.
The Hotel may provide experiences on social media platforms such as Pinterest®, Facebook®, Instagram® or Twitter®, etc. that enable online sharing and collaboration among users who have registered to use them. Users agree not to post any such defamatory statements on such social media platforms. Any content you post is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms and related services. The Hotel has no control over such social media platforms or related services.
Termination
The Hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services, or any portion thereof, without notice and for any reason or no reason. Furthermore, the Hotel has the right, but not the obligation, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services:
At the request of law enforcement or other government agencies;
If the Services are discontinued or materially modified;
Upon the occurrence of any technical or security issues or problems; or
If you engage in any conduct that the Hotel believes, in its sole discretion, violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines or violates the rights of the Hotel or third parties.
In addition, the Hotel may terminate individual user accounts due to inactivity. You agree that upon termination the Hotel may delete all information related to you. You agree that none of the Released Entities will be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account or for blocking your access to the Services.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions, which includes the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, represent the entire agreement between you and the hotel relating to your right to access and use the Services, and supersedes any and all prior or written or oral agreements between you and the hotel with respect to such subject matter.
Any failure on Our part to exercise any provision or right under these Terms of Use, shall not constitute a waiver by Us of that provision or right.
No waiver by the hotel of any breach or default by you under these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any waiver by the Company must be in writing signed by the hotel.
The User expressly undertakes to provide to the hotel only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would vitiate this agreement and shall dis-entitle the User from availing the services from Us.
In case the hotel discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, the hotel in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of any pending orders, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of orders or any other booking confirmed on the website.
The User unequivocally indemnifies the hotel of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Us responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Us for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Us denying/canceling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
No provision of these Terms and Conditions provides any person or entity not a party to these Terms and Conditions with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, or cause of action, or creates any other third party beneficiary rights, except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
RATE TERMS.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to check-in (12:00pm). The first night room and tax will be charged to your card 72 hours prior to arrival. No-shows will result in one (1) night room and tax is charged to your card.
HOTEL TERMS.
Check-in is at 12:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.

If you find a lower rate elsewhere online within 24 hours of making your reservation on ncorerooms.com and the rate is for the same date(s), same room type, the same number of guests, and the same rate terms or restrictions, we will honor the lower rate. The Best Online Rate Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, association rates, or rates that are part of a travel package do not qualify.
